CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We value our customers especially their security. When placing a credit card order, a valid 3 or 4 digit CVV2 code must be entered from your credit card. Orders place with invalid CVV2 numbers will be not be processed and credits issued back to the card.
The CVV2 is a 3- or 4-digit value printed on the card or signature strip, but not encoded on the magnetic stripe.
- MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit and debit cards have a 3-digit code, called the "CVC2" (card validation code), "CVV2" (card verification value), and "CID" (card identification number), respectively. It is not embossed like the card number, and is always the final group of numbers printed on the back signature panel of the card. New North American MasterCard and Visa cards feature the "CVC2" in a separate panel to the right of the signature strip. This has been done to prevent overwriting of the numbers by signing the card.
- American Express cards have a 4-digit code printed on the front side of the card above the number, referred to as the CID. It is printed flat, not embossed like the card number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
U.S. return policy
Returns are exchanges are accepted on items unworn, in new condition and have all tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise 14 days from date your order was shipped (ship date is on your invoice).
You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You must follow these instructions or your return/exchange will not be processed:
- Email us at rma@Company81.com with the following information:
- Your name
- The order number (located on your order confirmation email or on your invoice)
- Item number
- Item size
- Name of item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
Please Note: If you are exchanging merchandise, please include the item number, size and name of the item you would like in exchange. We will hold the item(s) for you until we receive your return. Please note that a $6.00 shipping fee will be charged to your initial credit card to cover the cost of the items you are exchanging. For international exchanges you will be required to pay the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.
- After emailing your request for a return, please remember to make sure to check your email per correspondence from us letting you know your request has been authorized. If it is past our 14 day return policy or if it is a FINAL SALE item, your request for a return/exchange will be denied.
- Include the original invoice (or copy) in the package.
- Pack up the item(s) securely, cut and tape either the EXCHANGE or RETURN form to the outside of the package. This form will be attached to your invoice.
- We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. We must receive your return within 7 business days of email.
- We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. In store purchases can only be returned for store credit.

Can I return items if I paid with PayPal?
Yes, we accept returns on Paypal orders. Your refund/exchange will be processed via Paypal.
